i. To further or benefit the residents of the Royal Borough of Greenwich, without
distinction of sex, race, political,religious or other opinions by associating
together with the said residence and the local authorities, voluntary and other
organisations in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities
in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with
the objective of improving the conditions of life for the residents
ii. Target groups 16 to 65 year old
iii. To promote community spirit through recreational activities and interaction
iv. To support healthy and stable family life among married couples or those in
relationship within the community
v. To direct energy of youths and adults towards purposeful living by taking
advantage of available resources and opportunities provided by the ‘Foundation’
or other government institutions
v. To strengthen the economic base of families and the community through
empowerment seminars, training and workshops
vi. To take young/adults off the streets where they can be tempted into participating
or promoting social vices by engaging them in personal development.
vii.To organize or collaborate with other approved government agencies in
promoting and providing training courses and employability skills thereby
empowering individuals within the community
viii.To provide a platform for collaboration and integration within the community
promoting community spirit
ix. To provide a friendly listening hear to individuals through spiritual counselling.
x. To engage, support, motivate individuals in employment, training, and educational
xi.To signpost individuals with substance misuse issues to drug and alcohol services
within the community
xii. Provide advice in relation to money management, housing, and homelessness
1. Cafe: we supply the community (local residents) with food like cereals,
confectioneries, rice, pasta, pulses, savoury snacks, crisps, soft drink, tinned fruit
peaches, vegetables, dairy—yoghurt, cake, meat, chicken, bacon, sausages etc
We are registered with Fare-Share and Tesco. We receive daily supply from them
and distributed to the community
2. Computer Training: we offer IT Basic training, help with students homework,
internet cafe, printing, photocopy etc
3. Recreational activities: we provide games like snooker, table tennis, and other
4. Bookshop/ Library: we supply Christian books, motivational and educational
5. Music classes: We teach piano, guitar, drums, flutes, saxophone, trumpet
6. Accommodation: We offer emergency accommodation for families
(not exceeding 2 people at a time)
7. We provide Counselling and Prayers
8. We provide clothes, shoes, bags etc to widows, destitute, sick and needy
9. We help people to download and complete application forms
10. We help people prepare and proof-read CVs, prepare prospective applicants for
